Arrest Report - June 6, 2017

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 49 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Giang Duval, 36, 1214 Carmen Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on June 5, 2017 at 10:56 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Phi Duval, 33, 260 Vivian Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on June 5, 2017 at 10:56 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Duval was also charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods.

 

A deputy responding to a 911 hang up call at a residence on Emy Lane in Patterson spoke with G. Duval and P. Duval. The deputy found that both subjects had active warrants for their arrests. G. Duval and P. Duval were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set.

 

Clara Watkins, 66, 302 Glenwood Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on June 5, 2017 at 1:01 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding and operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Watkins turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.

 

Yolanda Baker, 42, 917 Shady Brooks, Baton Rouge, LA was arrested on June 5, 2017 at 4:04 pm for failure to yield and operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. While investigating a 2 vehicle crash on LA Highway 182 near Irish Bend Road in Franklin, a deputy found that one of the driver’s, Baker, failed to yield to a vehicle waiting to make a turn. The deputy also found that Baker was operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Baker was released on a summons to appear in court on September 8, 2017.

 

Lacey Yates, 34, 5112 A Bayou Black Drive, Gibson, LA was arrested on June 5, 2017 at 6:58 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, improper lane usage, and failure to honor written promise to appear. A deputy responding to a 911 hang up call at a residence on Highway 182 in Bayou Vista, spoke with Yates and located the active warrant for her arrest.

 

Angelo Giandelone, Sr., 35, 5326 Highway 182, Patterson, LA was arrested on June 5, 2017 at 10:58 pm for domestic abuse battery. Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance in progress at a residence in Patterson. During the investigation, deputies found evidence that Giandelone grabbed a female victim by the hair. Giandelone was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Giandelone was released after posting a $2,500 bond.

 

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert advises that the Narcotics Section made the following arrests:

  

Charlotte McNabb, 53, 106 Riverview Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on June 5, 2017 at 6:24 pm for the following offenses:

  • Possession of Schedule II (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Obstruction of justice
  • Transactions involving drug proceeds

Detectives of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Section conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on US Highway 90 in Patterson. As they made contact with the occupants, detectives observed a passenger, McNabb, attempting to conceal an item in her pants. McNabb also had a plastic container in her lap. Detectives received consent to search and found methamphetamine, a scale, multiple plastic bags, and $200 in the plastic container. Detectives subsequently located a bag of methamphetamine concealed on McNabb and found pipes used to smoke methamphetamine in her purse. McNabb was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set.
